Great job on your weight loss! You look fantastic! I think a 5 lb weight loss goal is a great idea. I started around 154 at 5'8" and my first goal was 145. When I got there I made my goal 140, then eventually 135. I have been maintaining around 135 for about 7 months and it feels really good. You will know when you get to…

We do ours the same way and it is so good! I also like to throw in cumin, garlic , chopped cilantro and two whole jalapenos in the rice while it simmers. YUM!

Totally agree with the above. I make my own mexican seasoning by using ground cumin, paprika and garlic powder. I use just a little bit of sea salt as well. When we make ground beef for tacos I use the above seasoning and then make a little slurry using cornstarch and water to help thicken it up a little bit. You can also…

I have made something similar before and to help crisp them up you can sprinkle them with a little bit of salt to bring out the moisture (before breading). Let them sit for a little while and then use a paper towel to soak up the water that came out. HTH!

Make sure you have a really good pair of running shoes and you should be good on the road. I get so bored on the treadmill and find it harder to run. To me running on the road is so much easier...more to look at. I have a goal to reach and then turn around and come back home. Do like the others say and if you feel its too…

My before isn't a very good pic, but you can tell I was a little soft and squishy in places. I am 40 yrs old, have had 2 kids and lost about 20 lbs doing a mixture of cardio, weight training and logging my food intake.

Is there any planking in this video? I was diagnosed with nerve damage in my elbow, wrist and hand, so the doctors told me to lay off the planks, push ups, etc...moves for a little while...boooo... I have been looking for something new that doesn't involve putting a lot of weight on your wrists. Plus, this looks like a lot…

I think if you would log you would see that you can allow yourself those treats at night. Most days I have some sort of chocolate, ice cream, crackers, cheese, etc and still fit it in my calorie goal. Get a scale and just try it for a little while, it may help more than you think.

I have this sauce in the crockpot right now with a pork tenderlion. Its smells fantastic!! I also added crushed red pepper and garlic. YUM!! ETA: My measurements were a little different. 1 cup broth, 1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of honey. Mixed together and then poured it over the…

In addition to consulting your doctor, I would also like to recommend www.babycenter.com. They also have a variety of message boards and groups you can join to meet other woman that are due around the same time as you.

I agree! to eat more food! The post above is a great motivator for me too! :drinker:

Great job!! You look awesome!! This is one of the reasons I love Jillians DVD's. They can be done at home and most are around 30 minutes. Ripped in 30 is a great DVD too. You can't go wrong with any of them, IMO. I also love 6 week 6 pack. That thing is intense and you get a great calorie burn in about 30 minutes too.…

YUM! That sounds good! We are going to use ours again tonight with some zuchinni and shrimp! I may have to pick up some laughing cow too! Thanks for the idea!

Thank you for posting this today!! I went out and bought one of those Veggetti's and it is really cool! We just had a delicious dinner using zucchini and yellow squash in the veggetti. My kids thought it was too cool. I sauteed the squash with olive oil and lemon juice, then added some fresh mushrooms. Pan seared some Cod…
