I love this DVD too! It is a great workout. I like to have different pound weights by me depending on what exercise she is doing. As you do the video you will get to know how much you can use for the different exercises. Sometimes I use my 3's, but other times I will use my 5's or 8's. Good luck and have fun!! :smile:

I purchased a Saga digital scale on Ebay for $8 (brand new). You can also set your bowl, plate, etc on it before turning it on and it will weigh just your food. You press a button and it will show grams, lbs, and ounces. I love it!

For busy days I love my crock pot. My kids had gymnastics until 7:45 last night. I had chicken and stuffing in the crockpot, the beans already made.
