I have never seen those around here. Going to have to keep my eye out for them this fall. That does sound good!

I agree with the others. If you don't like it don't eat it. However, I made some salmon patties today for lunch that were so easy and so good. My kids loved them too. It was just salmon, bread crumbs, light mayo, one egg, green onion, and some seasonings. I just seared them on both sides using cooking spray. So good!

We live in the US (southeast) and they carry them at pretty much all of our local grocery stores in the fall. Food lion, Harris Teeter, Walmart. I hope you can find them!

Gymnastics and diving have always been my favorites. I also love track & field. Looking forward to watching!

Pumpkin spice crullers. Such an important part of fall.

My first advice would be to ask your doctor if all of those exercises would be ok. My 2nd would be just to walk at first. I loved my jogging stroller when my kids were babies. Don't push yourself and risk more injury. Take your time and ease back into everything. Get lots of rest when your baby is sleeping. Rest is…

I make a traditional pizza crust with my bread maker. Bread flour, olive oil, sugar, Italian seasoning, salt, yeast and water. So simple and so good. I make individual sizes and cook them on the grill. It makes a great base for any type of pizza.

That does sound good. I wonder if there is an online recipe for this? ...going to look now. I don't think we have a Schlotzky around here anymore.

Homemade pizza with marinara sauce, onions, bacon, jalapenos and cheese. I like to make homemade pizza crust on the weekends and store them in the freezer. They make lunch so easy. I just look in the fridge and see what we have to put on them. Last week we didn't have marinara so we just had cheese, fresh tomatoes,…

You grow your own Avocados!? How hard are they to grow? What type of climate do you live in. I never even thought about growing them? That would be awesome to have your own Avocado tree.

5'8", 42 yrs old My highest weight was 154 about 3 years ago. I lost about 10/15 lbs and have been maintaining fairly easily ever since. 138/140 lbs is where I have been for over two years now and where I feel my best.

I think you are way overthinking this. I think we all know that as we age our body changes. I don't see where anyone here is at the "height of ignorance and/or arrogance".
-
Some people had so many excuses as they were aging that now they use age as an excuse. Does that even make sense? lol. Still trying to have my coffee this morning. Exercise has always been a part of my life from a very young age. My parents are in their 70's and still go hiking, kayaking, zip-lining, etc. They set a great…

Maybe I need to try Bolthouse again. I had it a while ago and didn't care for the taste. I like the OPA Greek Yogurt Ranch and Caesar dressing. It's in the same area as the Bolthouse. At 60 calories for 2 tablespoons is really good.

My husband loves pork brains and eggs. I used to like it when we were younger, but just can't eat it anymore. I make it for every now and then and he thinks its the best breakfast ever. lol.

For our family of 5 (including our house bunny). We go about three times a month. These items always seem to be a better deal and better quality. - 6 pack of romaine (our bunny goes through probably 3 packs of these every week) - kale medley (for us and bunny) - spinach (mostly for us and a treat for bunny) - skim…

Why not do both? Do Body Pump some days and lift heavy some days. You don't even have to lift "heavy", just go to the weight section and do some form of exercises with weights. See what challenges you and how your body responds. The most I have ever "lifted" is 20 dumbbells and it has helped me reach and maintain my goals.…

My kids were begging me to make these again tonight! That is how much they loved them! I am going to make them as a side to go with meatloaf and potatoes. My crisped up really well. I shaped them like a traditional tater-tot and browned them on all sides. I think tonight I will make them a little bit smaller since…

I have had 2 c-sections 10 & 13 years ago. I was at a healthy weight before pregnancy and got back to my normal weight fairly quickly after each of my pregnancies. Just keep working at it. It is possible. I agree with one of the posters above. Try to incorporate lifting into your workout routine. You can do it!

We made these last night and they were SO good! Next time I will have to double the recipe. Our family of 4 ate them up quick. I made some Sriracha Horseradish Ketchup to dip them in. Yum! Can't wait to make them again! Thanks again for sharing the recipe!

Printing this out as I type this. YUM! We eat zucchini all the time. I may have to make this tonight! Thank you for sharing! ETA: When I have made similar recipes, I have sprinkled some salt on the zucchini to help draw out more moisture. Let it sit for a bit and then you can wring it out in a dish towel.

nothing....I don't have any junk in my truck :p . Literally, my trunk is always empty unless I am bringing home groceries. My husband washes my car almost every weekend, so it helps me keep it clean. Otherwise, no telling what would be in there.

We have grilled boneless, skinless thighs almost every week. My go-to marinade is soy sauce, honey and Dijon mustard. It is so good. I will add some Sriracha sauce sometimes too. Yum!
-
We made homemade chocolate chip cookie dough to go on top of homemade vanilla ice cream. Oh my. It was SOOOO good! We still have some in the freezer for today. yay!

Our favorite is Bud Light. I think that is why my husband loves me so much. I am cheap and easy.

eat all the food, drink all the drinks and have fun. Try to fit in some exercise...walking, hiking, depending on where you are going. Get back on track when you get back home.

I also eat both. I love a good egg white omelet with goat cheese and spinach. But I also love a couple whole eggs fried, boiled, and poached every now and then too. Both have their benefits. I have been just having whole eggs lately. At our local Sam's club it's .98 for an 18 pack, that's hard to beat.

I'm 5'8" (42 yrs old) and my starting weight was 155. I have been maintaining around 140 fairly easily for over 2 years now. My before pic is not that good. I have never been good at taking selfies.
