I love Jillian's No More Trouble Zones, Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and Six Week Six Pack. Those three are my favorite and I have tried most of her workouts. 30DS is a great one too, but I think the three I mentioned about are harder workouts for when you want to push your self a bit more.

My very athletic hubby plays a lot of golf too and walks unless they won't let him on the weekends. I can't imagine the amount of miles he has logged on that golf course. Probably a ton. I love 6W6P too, but I always modify this move as well. I just go down on my elbow. I love a Dijon mustard and honey marinade. I also like to marinate them in Franks Red Hot sauce then coat them with panko bread crumbs. Bake at 375 for about 45 minutes. So crispy and good! I am going to have to try that honey-garlic-siracha glaze. That sounds good too!

I had two kids via c-section and my favorite things to do post-pregnancy was to walk. If you don't have one already get a jogging stroller. The fresh air will be great for both of you. Also, don't rush it. Enjoy this time with your baby. :smile:

Does anyone have any favorite decaf teas? I always drink chamomile at night, but would love to try some other decaf teas. Some teas make me feel jittery, so I tend to stay away from some of those with the chickory root, etc. type of ingredients in them.

I'm 5'8" (42 yrs old) and have been maintaining around 138-140lbs for two years now. I lost about 15 lbs and feel like this is the perfect weight for me. Since I wasn't technically overweight it was not as much about losing weight, it was reducing my BF%.

This is why I don't have a fit bit. We have friends that have had them and it grossly overestimates your daily calorie burn. IMO, your better off using a HRM during cardio exercises and calculating your daily calories needs based off your activity level by using MFP's (or Scooby's) simple calculator. Like others said make…

I love my HRM. I have a polar FT4. While it may not be 100% accurate, it at least gives me an idea of my calorie burn. I have been using it for over 2 years now and love it. I have thought about a fitbit before, but I am more interested in what I burn when I am exercising, not a daily estimate.
