I tried 2 days now and I cannot get the spreadsheet to load on my computer. The progress bar goes about 80% of the way and it just sits there saying loading forever. So I guess I will need someone to enter whatever data the spreadsheet asks for on my behalf. I have tried several things and no luck. sorry

I have done well in weight loss so far with a loss of 5.7 this year. Finally restarted my workouts on Monday with 30 Day Shred. Today my thighs are sore but will push forth tonight to do another day of it.
