I have been on several 1200 calorie starvation diets. One was Weight Watchers. I did the math, and my points added up to 1200 calories. Unless I ate back my exercise allotment, I would starve. That would be great! I have lost only .8 pounds since starting My Fitness Pal on April 20th. I am exercising like crazy and nothing is happening to the scale. My husband has lost 13.5pounds in the same amount of time!
