It takes about 6 to 8 weeks to see real results unless your losing a crazy amount of weight really fast which is unhealthy.

I just re-started this as well. Im down 2 lbs. Nothing big but its def a start. We can do this. We just have to take it day by day, hour by hour, and minute by minute. I wish you the best of luck!!!

I am a coke a holic! I love my soda, especially in the morning, but I know how bad it is for me. So, instead of eliminating it all together, I cut back from 4 to 1 a day. Giving it up all together is only asking for failure. Best of luck!

I do not get why young girls and some women are this way. We should all be supporting eachother and not hating on eachother. This girl should of been proud that this girl had the balls to get up and do something about her weight. I hope she dropped this girl as a friend because she deserves better than that!

I try not to eat after 8 pm. If I do feel hungry, I will grab a snack because if your stomach is growling then blood sugar has already dropped to low.

Just start fresh on a day you choose. If you mess up, its ok. You will feel worse giving up then continuing on your plan to health. There will be bumps in the road, but dont let them discourage you. If you look at my diary, what I eat is far from perfect, but it is a lot better than what I was doing. Baby steps for me.…

your metabolism needs food in order for it to be most efficient. I would eat as close to your calories as you can.

Yes your thyroid could def be part of the problem. I have a low thyroid and I went on Weight watchers and could not lose the weight and I had sucess with that program before. I would talk to your doctor about it. Good luck and do not give up!

Hi, I have the same problem. My son whom is my second child, destroyed my belly. For me, I think the only thing that will fix it is surgery. Now that I have started this program, I am going to see what diet and exercise will do for it. Hopefully it will help the both of us. Best of luck on your journey!!

Please dont throw in the towel!!! Even if you are not seeing the results just yet that you would like, you are a healthier person on the inside for doing this. I am 5'2 and currently 216. When I was 140 lbs, I wore a size 7 in jeans and a medium in shirts. Im am def not petite. It will also vary from brand to brand of clothes.
