I have balance and leg weakness issues due to MS. Can I use a chair for balance and still count as doing this challenge?

I found this exercise site for anyone interested: http://www.mstrust.org.uk/information/exercises/. It's great if you are just starting out or are having trouble with "normal" exercise. There are a series of videos focusing on different things such as warm ups, chair exercises, etc.

Doc just upped me to 1,000 units twice a day because my bloodwork came back pretty low. I have to go back in a few months to have it checked again. I live in NH and have trouble getting around so I don't get much sun. I try to sit in sunny windows during the day but don't know if that does anything to help.

I woke up with tingling in my right foot and lower leg, thought I just slept on it "wrong". By that evening I was paralized from my waist down on the right side. Thanks Benji49. I was really angry and hurt when the first neuro said I was faking then just walked out of my hospital room. I cried for days until second neuro ran the SSEP and said the test confirmed something physical was wrong. I'm no medical professional but it sounds like you are dehydrated. Are you drinking 8 cups of water daily?
