You can do them all together, or you can break them up over the weekend. Whatever works for you!0 -

DONE! I did them as a warm up for my workout, burned about 100 calories! Then did Chalene Extreme and Ab work! Thanks for the challenge!!!!!0

Done! I broke them up in 3 sets of 100 each. Might do them again tomorrow in 2 sets instead0

I still have fifty left, but I think I'll do a lot more. I like these plie squats the best of all we've done.0

Done! pheeew!!! Did them in two sets of 150 Well done me, they were really good, gonna me an every weekend habit of these0
