    You can do them all together, or you can break them up over the weekend. Whatever works for you!

  • DONE! I did them as a warm up for my workout, burned about 100 calories! Then did Chalene Extreme and Ab work! Thanks for the challenge!!!!!

    Done! I broke them up in 3 sets of 100 each. Might do them again tomorrow in 2 sets instead :)

    I still have fifty left, but I think I'll do a lot more. I like these plie squats the best of all we've done.
