"At that point to build muscle up again is very difficult, much easier to maintain it!" Thank you for your input but I have one question, why is it more difficult to build after losing the weight? Is it because I have potentially lost muscle or is there some other factor that I am not aware of?

5'2" and was at 187 lbs. I'm now down to 153 (gained 3 lbs on vacation) and am the smallest I've been in 4 years! I still have about 23 lbs to go to reach my goal weight but I believe that I can do it now. Having other short friends would be motivating!

It is frustrating some times! But I am less frustrated now with 23 lbs left until my goal weight than I was when I still had 65 lbs to reach my goal weight! I get tired of measuring, weighing and tracking but I can't stop now, not when I've already made so much progress.

I also suffer from depression and I gained 60 lbs in 4 years. In the past year I have lost half of it. It has been a real struggle but I already feel better. I'm here with you! We can do it!
