  • What Jen says .... great advice .... I use the same set up that she recommends and I only log extra activity if I do say some work in the gym or something that fitbit doesn't track so well like cycling, a gym class etc - the important thing then is to make sure that the time logged is correct so it overwrites your FB…

  • BUMP BUMP BUMP - Love black beans - I come from Australia and so tinned black beans are really tough to come by - specialty shops only as our latin and caribbean traditions are fairly nascent ... these are one of my faves though http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/food-by-neil-perry-20130114-2co9d.html

  • I had a major back injury about two years ago - maintaining good core strength is vital as others have said here - I did pilates with a physiotherapist for about 6 months which really got me back to form, used recumbent bike for cardio until I could take any impact and stay upright and mobile, swimming is good too. Of…
  • Hi Beth, do I count? ... I am Aussie and lived most of my life in Asia until I returned home a few years back. I still work in the region though and so am 50% or more of my time away in any year - it the only way I know :) Donna

  • I tore 3 ligaments 2 years ago and when they were doing the diagnostics found same - bulging disc, a spur and some calcification in my lower spine ... it required rest for a few months to heal the ligaments and then my Dr refered me to a Physio and later an exercise physiologist which i would strongly recommend. The physio…

For a heavier…

There is also an interesting comparison between FB products posted here somewhere in a thread from about a month or so ago - the One come up tops but Flex also rates well.
