Yes it does count as some of your water comsumption. HOWEVER, be careful as tea and coffee are also mild de-hydratants. I love tea also:)

I dont really have much of a breakfast when I am on early shift (0400 start). What I tend to do is just have a breakfast bar and that seems to be doing the trick for me so far! I can't seem to eat that early and the breakfast bar normally keeps me going till lunch:)

Blue Ribbon are one of best out there. Brunch bars are good but there are 150 cals. The best I have found are the Special K chocolate chip bars, they are 90 cals per bar.
