  • I was doing real well. for about 5weeks then tried to find other stuff eat. instead of same stuff day in day out. but my choices were low cal probably not high health. but we learn from our mistakes
  • started 3-4 Sunday. its a bear. kinda replied my legs first cardio slowly coming back. I pushing through. most having trouble with is lunge/squat 5 these legs don't like picking up my weight that many times. keep on trucking though
  • I agree. with this I am already creating a calorie deficit. if I don't eat some of those. back the deficit might be too much. and body might want to go into starvation mode. exercise is helping replace fat with muscle. thanks for the feed back. sometimes I tend to second guess myself.
  • think I might try it next week. little nervous but I am trying to build up to p90x.

  • keep it up just finishing week 2 I was losing weight before I started. p90 but now measurements started to change. I lost 2 1/2 inches off my belly getting pretty excited bout it thank you p90
  • thanks for all the advice! not going to focus on the scale too much more on how I feel. I know I am headed in the right direction. just started power 90 a week ago I like. thinking a little strength training on cardio days. I heard. it was good to keep your metabolism up. any thoughts.
