I am doing well with power 90 exercise and don't go over my calories 80 to 90 percent of time. but I am afraid that they are not all the healthiest of calories. so I am going to buckle down and try to my with healthier menu

shakes
have anybody used the bodyfortress whey protein shakes. for weightloss. any success

rest day
my day of rest is constantly changing. sometimes I go 4 days and have a break then I go 8 days and have a break. just trying to work around my ever changing schedule. hopefully it will balance out soon. just hope it's not that big of a deal. try to still get six workouts a week.

gotta live once in a while
been working hard on losing weight and at work. so I am going to get a hair cut. and we are dropping the kid at the in laws. so me and the wife can go out and get stinking drunk. I mean it's not for everybody. but go treat yourselves once in a while not sneak. a bowl of ice cream. but something big screw the calories once…

looking forward to warm weather
I work for my city. started power 90 two weeks ago. already had to pull some alnighters plowing snow. it makes it hard to get motivated to workout. once it gets warm as long as nothing breaks underground I shouldnt work such long hours.

how to adjust
couple of questions. I have dieting for about five weeks with minimal exercise lost about 19 lbs. and the other day I started started power 90 and now my weight is kinda hanging there. not sure if just a plateau or what. also in the winter months I am very sedetary but soon as it warms up I will be very active doing…
