changing it up

I am doing well with power 90 exercise and don't go over my calories 80 to 90 percent of time. but I am afraid that they are not all the healthiest of calories. so I am going to buckle down and try to my with healthier menu

    Yeah, nutrition is 80% of the battle .... I lost most of my weight before I ever started Power90 .... Power90, for me, has been about getting back in shape and being healthy from that perspective.

    I was doing real well. for about 5weeks then tried to find other stuff eat. instead of same stuff day in day out. but my choices were low cal probably not high health. but we learn from our mistakes

    On my first week of Power 90. Moved to circuit 3-4 because I felt that 1-2 was a bit too easy for me. I've been doing other exercise dvds prior to this. I like the boot camp type of format. Also watching my diet for healthy eating. I'd love to move on to P90x, we'll see.
