Power 90 Week 1 done! On to week 2!
I completed my sixth workout of Sculpt Power 90 on Saturday. Took a nice 1 mile walk yesterday with the dog. Now today, it's back to Power 90, week 2! Not feeling well at all this morning, so I hope I can make through today's workout. It's gonna be a big struggle, but gonna do my best.

Cause I started Insanity this morning. Took the Fit Test and that thing about killed me, even with 90 days worth of Power90 under my belt.

I am doing well with power 90 exercise and don't go over my calories 80 to 90 percent of time. but I am afraid that they are not all the healthiest of calories. so I am going to buckle down and try to my with healthier menu
