Power 90, Day 3 Sweat/Abs Done!

Power 90, Day 3 Sweat/Abs done! It's so true, although I was very sore, it eased up some as I did the workout. I had to use modifications, especially the beginning with lifting the legs. I do pretty good with the boxing/kickboxing. Only thing is, I couldn't do the yoga. I tried, but just can't hold up the weight of my body doing planks and pushing up to downward dog. I need to gain some more strength and lose some weight. I'm sure eventually I'll be able to do it. But I did all the sweat and abs. Sweated something terrible, and was so sore, but made it through. I really surprised myself getting through the ab workout...those 100 crunches are rough! I know I'm not really suppose to weigh myself for a while, but I couldn't help myself and so I did. I've gained 2.5 pounds since I started! :-/
