My sunday run was a hilly 10k, which along other exercise tipped me over 1000 cals for the day. Aiming for another thousand tomorrow!

The sit-ups feel great, after a couple weeks you'll surprise yourself with how many you're getting through as they move up really gradually. Shred is great too, and the level 1 video is free on youtube.

In Australia at the moment, so already in the future & halfway to the the friday 1000! Most days that would be me done, but thanks to the challenge thread I'll be back out there aching through a second one after work. Might get to tick off my 1250 miniquest if I push. Bring it!
