2000 calorie challenge this weekend

I've set some new goals and feel like really pushing myself this weekend so I thought I'd post here for some extra motivation. I'm planning a mixture of running, weights and a good long swim. Anyone else up for this?

    I'm in. My Sunday morning run should probably just about cover this. If not I can do something extra to make it up.

    My sunday run was a hilly 10k, which along other exercise tipped me over 1000 cals for the day. Aiming for another thousand tomorrow!

    Weekend consisted of:
    45 min circuit training
    90 mins BJJ
    90 mins strength training

    Sunday:
    1 hr LISS cardio on bike
    1 hr brisk walking

    I'd say I'm pretty close to 2000 cals there :smile: (Sunday is sort of rest day)
