I am in a similar situation. Although I have gained and lost weight in the past, and it has always been fairly easy, now that I'm 47 and starting to try and take it off, it's not that easy! I found it at Walmart. Tried it for the first time today....what a great workout! I also did the 20 minute one, and would love to know how many calories it burned
