If all days were good days, where would we get our motivation to do better and improve? Those bad days are what makes us stronger. Be thankful for them and do better the next time. It's when you start having bad weeks/months that you might want to consider seriously changing some things!

My mom has one which she is giving to me. She says it works well and really gets your heart pumping but she has arthritis so it's too hard on her knees anymore. I have yet to really get moving on it but I plan to try this weekend! Good luck. I'm hoping it helps w/ these womanly hips I'm trying to minimize! LOL

Maybe try a fat free frozen yogurt as the base. I've tried to make the homemade Caramel Frappe and came close but not identical. If you search for the recipe and then swap out the fattening stuff for less fattening stuff I think that's the only way you'll come close w/o the 500 McD's calories!

I wear my regular bra with a high impact sports bra over it. I don't like the uni-boob look most sports bras give and this is a great fix for that. BTW - I jog and I'm a D so it does the trick!

First thing that came to mind was a fruit smoothie made with lowfat frozen yogurt! Yum! You definitely need to take some vitamins and possibly try some fish oil.
