The same foods I'm eating now. I've learned how to cut my portions and it's going well for me so far. I just can't cut my junk, I've just learned to eat less of it. But, fruits I will eat more of those.

I hobble to the gym and wear my bf's sweats and shirt to workout, since I get so bloated it's crazy. I feel the need to sweat it out, and then I try my best to crunch it out as well. It also keeps my mind off the pain of my cramps and focuses on another type of good pain, the burn of the ab work.

Welcome aboard! I find it nice when I have a good workout day to have earned calories. I think it helps me to have wiggle room with whatever food I decide to eat that day. Or heck I may even eat a little more. I just don't eat them ALL back. I do try to stick to my original goal as much as possible.

Same issue myself. The scale has yet to move for me but when I took my measurements I had slimmed down. I'm this point forward relying on measurements. So I will join the rest of the crowd and tell you to breakout the measuring tape once a week.

Same here. I started buying single serve items or snack size items to eat between meals. It's about eating less of what you love, not giving it up.

Hi there, I'll join you, if you don't mind. I started my process the 21th of january along with a workout routine. I haven't lost any weight but have slimmed a bit. I'm learining how to eat the foods around me in better portions.

Yes. Keep in mind you may not get there COMPLETELY but you'll get close enough to it. What you eat is just as important as how you workout.

ALRIGHT! I did the same thing. And I haven't thought of it since. I measure myself more than anything. Makes me feel better when THOSE numbers go down. I'm working on getting a bum like YOURS. It's on it's way... As for your age, I don't believe you. You look great,GREAT DARN IT!
