I pre log more often to help me stay on the better path. It helps.
-
No. My dear diary knows more than I do about what I eat..
-
Yup, I was there.. frustrated "just can't take it anymore!" thoughts. One day I said to myself "I'm done, I don't want to be like this anymore." Instead of fighting myself I worked with myself to see what I could do to change for the better. I made a plan and found MFP- the rest is history. The dedication I have learned…

I enjoy weight training.
-
No...just.... no.
-
That's A WHOLE LOT of steps.. people have different definitions on what makes up a workout. If you walk MILES during the day it is significant enough that you have to log it. Continue on and ignore the haters.
-
Yeah, I would do the same, that's the best part!!

"watching what I put in my face" This sums it up, and exercise more. I started watching what I ate more and started moving more, I started losing weight consistently. It takes time. You need to be patient, take measurements more often than you weigh yourself as the scale doesn't show ALL the work you do.

Probably water, no need to freak out, try to limit salt for a few days, usually helps.
-
Yup, right here.
-
I drink water. The liquid water enhancer MIO has become my new best friend.
-
FIRST! I've been eating WAY more protein since I started working out on a consistent basis, and I think I'm better off for it, I feel good.

It's fine if it's working for THEM, but you have to do what's best for YOU. If you continue with the Candida diet you probably WILL lose the rest of your "marbles."
-
I enjoyed the post very much. Weighing yourself everyday is just too much stress. Once a week should do it.
-
The best approach for fat loss is a better diet. It takes time, but you will lose the fat. You're doing very well for yourself, congratulations for the work you have done and have yet to do.
-
Yum. But a las I had pizza this week, I will have to suffer until next week for said item..
-
People will notice your awesome body shape before your stretch marks.
-
I would say skip it. Weigh in after all THAT is said and done.

I'm sure it get's hard sometimes with no one in your corner to offer support. Learn to be your own support system and how to enjoy your own company. Leave him alone, you can't help him if he isn't interested.

This. I have the same issue when I have too much sodium as well, I just cut back the sodium and drink more water. I also do yoga to help me stretch out and relieve the soreness. About the "gross" feeling it could just be "one of those days." You don't LOOK gross to me.. :) chin up you'll be fine.
-
This. I also take spinning classes, but I enjoy the yoga for the glorious silence.
-
Believe it! You look good girl!
-
Wearing yoga pants? Put on sneakers and go out for a walk, do it hurry before you think twice. You shouldn't have to rely on someone else for motivation, it's best you do that on your own.
-
Nope, not weird.
-
I would like a spot please!
-
Yes, I believe it is possible. You can eat whatever you want as long as you stay within a calorie limit. Portion control is really the issue I think.
-
I'm sure guys night/day is fun and all but if they do nothing but sit and eat, maybe it's best to not be around them all the time?
-
I went over 1200 calories last Thursday... Do you feel better knowing that? You'll be fine, you'll work it off as the week goes by.
-
I'm proud of you! *high five*

This. That happens to me almost all the time now. If it's fast food that is being ordered or pizza by the family I'm told " just have one, just eat it today.." I hate having food stuffed down my throat.. Not cool.
