Reaching the plateau..
I have been consistently slimming for the past few months slowly but surely, and I have to say I haven't worked this hard in a while, and now I feel like I have to work HARDER because things are getting easier... Is anyone else at this point? How did you overcome it?

Not a spider vein!
I saw one today which hasn't ever been there. What could be the reason? I always hear that it's from standing too much.. I do a lot walking, and workout 6days a week.. Any thoughts as to how to reduce it?

It only burns one time?

Smaller plate please!
Does anyone else struggle with NOT filling up that huge plate that you are given before any meal? I'm slowly learning how to keep my portion in check even though that plate size might just throw me off.

I eat protein first.

Portions too small...
