The burning in my legs was kind of bad this morning. They feel ok now, will it get better as time goes on? Any thoughts as to how to make them less sore?

I think it will just take time. Your muscles are working harder and in different ways than usual. As your muscles get stronger it should get better.....0

If you aren't accustom to doing squats, doing this many to start off with will indeed hurt as you're working a muscle you aren't used to working. Muscle rub should help. I use biofreeze roll on. It works wonders. Also ensure that you have proper form when doing squats and that your knees don't cross your toes when squatting. Make sure to research these things because we do not want any injuries. Happy squatting my love!!!0
