Sorry, I don't believe you!

I weighed myself yesterday... it said I was down one pound, I'm not sure I believe considering my weight fluctuates so often and stays within the same numbers.. But at least it moved right? Lol. I know I'm eating better and working out so I don't feel bad when it stays idle for weeks, maybe more cardio? I'm already at 3 times a week cardio and 2 strength training days.

Out of curiosity, how often do you weigh yourself? And do you do it around the same time everyday? Weight can not only fluctuate a few pounds every day, but will vary depending on the time of day. This is why it is generally recommended to only weigh once a week.
Also have you considered taking measurements?0 -
Hi, I weigh myself once a week yes, same time in the morning. I have yet to measure myself though, I did so in february.0

I tell my clients to have a pair of jeans, or an article of clothing that they want to fit into, and to try it on weekly or even monthly. That, and measurements can be a better sign of success than the number on the scale.
Good luck to you!0 -

agree.... tight clothes tell the truth....
bloated carby feelings, scales, etc.... they lie to you
btw... i have a 10 pound swing from creatine and salty foods... mirror looks the same... no big deal0 -
I ALWAYS believe when the scale goes down. There are several reasons for the scale to show a false increase but I honestly can't htink of any reason why there would be a false decrease! Take it and be happy!0
