Feeling the burning change!

I have spent the last several weeks slowly increasing the intensity of my workouts. It feels great. I didn't think that I would be as strong as I am now. I honestly feel the change, if I can't see it I can surely feel it. The more I work at it I'm SURE I will be definitely seeing the results in a few more week(more toned abs, slimmer legs etc.) It's darn hard work but I have to say I feel very proud of myself to have come this far. Are you guys feeling the burn?

    Yes, I am feeling it. I have been doing JM RI30 and I have been really pushing myself to do the full workout with as few modifications as possible. The harder I push, the more I feel. Can't wait for it to start showing up in the mirror.
