See a doctor and/or nutritionist to talk about how you are feeling. I think you have more to worry about than just losing weight. Being healthy is about having a healthy frame of mind as well.

We are not failures, yay! You only fail when you stop trying and working for what you want.
-
Yeah, I agree with this.

Decrease sodium and carbs, do cardio and strength train your core.

I have learned since starting MFP and changing my lifestyle pretty much, that the rest of the world will not change with me. I have learned that some people just have no interest in eating better or being more active - it's their choice, who am I to tell them otherwise? I have learned to be my own support system, I would…

I've logged it when it's something that I do for a few hours. We all have different views as to what is considered exercise, use your judgment and go with it.

Eat more. Food is good for you, more so if you are trying to build muscles.

:) THAT is the face I had when I finished reading the comment.

I was excited to go the beach and show off my hard work in a TWO PIECE bathing suit. I haven't worn a two piece in 7 years.
-
I was there. I changed up my routine and diet and it's working. Maybe try the same for a few weeks.

I tend to drink a lot of water throughout the day and eat fruits with my meals, that usually helps me feel fuller longer, so by the time it comes for me to go to bed I do so not thinking about the refrigerator lol.

I've also been called other things, I'm not letting that get in the way of my happy times.

The first step is always the hardest, even when you know it's for your own good. It's not too late. Look for new work, new friends, a new environment where you feel at peace and be happy. You don't deserve to spend your days the way you are now. Good luck.

It's not a matter of losing hope, it's a matter of reminding yourself why you started on MFP. Re-evaluate your goals, write them down. Think of how and what you are eating, if they are worth it, and if it will get you closer to your goal or take you one step back. Food shouldn't be your enemy. Learn to compromise with the…

I vote for those packs of mini donuts they sell in the grocery stores.. They aren't real donuts.. THEY ARE A LIE!

"No thank you" seems to work for me. There is nothing to be done about hurt feelings.

I'm an ex WW member myself, I was on it last year, was able to lose 10lbs, then gained it back (plus a bit more) when I stopped using it. I think that using the points systems instead of reading the nutritional labels is what the problem was. Welcome to MFP I'm sure you will like it here, and you will get to your goal and…

I had one of their new Quarter Pounder burgers LAST month..... I haven't eaten it since, and I'm fine with that. I feel like that food turns on some kind of switch to my inner food demon where I just want to eat all things fat n salty for days..
-
As long as YOU notice I think that does the job. I understand you wanting the kudos though.. I haven't gotten them either, I give them to myself all the time, ALL THE TIME lol. If you aren't your own cheerleader.. who else will be?
-
This. You may want to reconsider marrying the guy.. If he had the nerve to say that then I'm sure there are other things he has yet to tell you..
-
Fat isn't forever. The power people give the word its.. whether it involves food or people, there is good fat and bad fat. You are just being honest with the body that you have now, which I'm sure people that weird.

Knowing that the work I am doing will get me feeling better, looking better and will bring me a better longer healthier life. Sitting on the couch won't do that. THAT get's me up and moving.

Just do what's best for yourself. It's his choice to eat/drink what he does, if he sees no result he should understand why. He will slow you down if you attempt to drag him with you. At this point he is just dead weight when it comes to your weight loss goals. Leave him be. Let him find his own way.

P90x is fine.. It has PLENTY of warnings telling people to consult a physician before starting the program. Don't try to be a hot shot and do things you aren't ready for. The dude is lucky nothing else happened that could have caused him more serious of injuries.

Well, don't mind if I do.. SW: 163 CW:156 GW:145 Weigh in Dates: 7/1- 156 7/8 7/15 7/22 7/28 End of Month I've gotten used to drinking tea(no sugar), 2 eggs, toast w/peanut butter in the morning if it's my day off from working out.

You don't. If he doesn't want it don't bother.. Sucks to say, seems like you're on your own, for now at least.
-
Nah. Try going a different route. I feel like anything that takes away so much won't work for you in the long run.
-
OOOOOOhhh yeah, this was a BIG hurdle for me to jump over, smaller portions. I started drinking water in between meals, heck I started drinking it all the time. Water, somehow it's all about water. You just have to give it time, you'll get comfortable eating a little less as the weeks go by.

I don't count the taste test. For anything.

I've been on MFP since January and it's done me well. I feel good about the work I have done and look forward to what's to come. I have 16lbs to lose but would like to lose 20;but I've always kept it at " lose 1lb a week.." I feel like a single number makes things easier.
