This would work lovely to help in your motivation increase. I have a calander in my room with the routines I have planned. It helps you get into the mind set of working out because you know of it before hand. Think of it like an a doctor appointment. If you miss it making another appointment will just take too long, so…

Have you stuck to a good diet since then, or had that fallen off also? I think the stall could be due to attitude, feeling like you ALREADY gave up could make you stop all together, try and start a new regime even, a new routine could just build your spirits!

As long as it has a pocket that will do just fine. And I am cute AND sexy.

Oh dear.... I'm logged on with FB!..... Not sure my FB friends are interested in my fitness journey though... I should check lol... I checked, not a peep.

That damn little pooch is right!!!!! I have the same problem. This I believe goes away more so with diet.Try to stick with the calories you have and not eat all of what you earn by exercising. You'll be awesome looking in 30 days. For the backflab I like the rowing machine, it works your core also.
-
Yup. Let him see for himself just how serious you are.
-
Eh bug me they do not about it, they just give me the "is that all you're going to eat?" face. They don't seem to realize that you can serve yourself smaller portions and still have a good meal.

It's the first step to a less you! Go ahead and feel proud, I'm sure you are working hard and have worked hard to lose (even if it's 1lbs) it's one less than before.

Focus. Posture and a moderate setting. I don't run I just put it to a setting where it's just fast walking lol. Look straight ahead to get your balance in and just roll with it. Don't let the machine run you, you run the machine into the ground!

Hi there, don't feel too bad as to how you are doing because it's a learning experience when you haven't been focused on your dietary habits... ever or in a while. Be patient. I took a look at your food diary and saw a lot of fast food. Most of that food is salt and may hinder your weight lost and increase water retention.…

Sadly no.... I donated my box. I figured "why get back into old jeans?" when I could just buy new ones and start fresh with my new body..

Bang her before she eats. It'll take her mind off food.

Did you guys work out a plan when you got engaged as to how it was going to be financed? Or it was more of the romantic notion of "we love each other so let's do it?"

Your environment is not healthy. No one should feel like that over a long period of time. Find a person whom is qualified to help you with your struggles. Look for work, maybe an animal shelter since you seem fond of caring for many animals. That being said 7 is too many, especially when you don't have the time nor space.…

Like most the ladies here my periods suck. I go to the gym anyway, it distracts me from the uterus imploding.
-
Don't feel bad. I've been stuck at my weight too. I just stick with my meal plans and my workout routines. I don't let the scale bother me much anymore. I see my body changing for the better and that's good enough for me. So I suggest you stick to eating healthy and working out how you have been doing. Food can actually…

I asked my doctor.
-
I can't... *side splitting LOL continues*

What?

I always see people running to nowhere on the treadmill at the gym.. I wonder if they are running away from weakness or running away from us people who just walk... Was there a memo passed that stated that you have to run like a cheetah in order to have a good workout or something?
-
Hooray for dri-fit!! I bought items in bulk as soon as I wore one shirt I purchased at JCP.

I'm 26 5'4 and have been recently deemed 164lbs at the doctors office. I decided before then to start writing down what I ate(good OR bad) to be honest with myself. I think the journey to becoming a better you starts with being honest. I think you are off to a good start, as time goes on try and add more to your workouts(1…

Everyone here has a different workout schedule, some workout harder than others, if this is how you feel then stick to it. But given that it's a demanding schedule you should have a rest day so your body can recover. Even if it's one day your body will thank you.

Wow.. what a cake!

I agree with this one. What works for you will not work for someone else because you are not the same person. You could use it as a rough guide, but don't expect the same result.... Don't people read the fine print?

With or without a lime? I take shots NO chaser.

I was stretching once on the floor, I was all in it until someone broke my focus by telling me "I like your green thong!" I mean what could I do but say thank you since it couldn't have gotten any more awkward than that. Now I make sure my pants are at the proper waist height before a purchase is made. No further undies…

AAAAAHHH, ME TOO.. LMAO

I think the mother's priority is fcuked up. She should focus more on her child and her health more so the doctor and him sending her to another hospital for HER BENEFIT. She clearly wants fame and money more than a healthy child and body. Take a hint lady and start to better yourself and stop playing the 'fat card' as…

Congrats on your accomplishment I'm sure it was a big moment for you when you finally did your 6:54! As for me I'd like to buy a pair of short shorts (even if I never leave the house in them). My thighs have never allowed such a goal..
