Welcome and best of luck on your journey. Used your life situation as the biggest motivated to make a change. Never stop believing what you can accomplish.

My only advice is to eat balance and avoid any diets if you want long term success. You already have the motivation now need to create strong habits and have fun with exercising :) It makes everything else easy. Set up small goals to keep you motivated Always strive for progression and not perfection.

If drop the weight once you can do it again. You already sound motivated and just need to build on the great habits for long term success. You can do it "Forget all the reasons why it won't work and believe the only reason why it will."

Feel free to add me. I lost over 30lbs already but still looking to improve daily. I find once you find the best eating lifestyle than weight will start dropping off

Welcome to your new journey. My advice will be starting off with small goals to achieve within a week or month. It could be simple as giving up soda for a week or aiming to complete 5 miles total of running. Figure out a schedule that will work for you in the long term. Eat more fresh foods and test out what eating habits…

Feel free to add me. Your dog will become the best exercise buddy. I found once I started to walk/run with my dog it force me to drink more water and increase the amount of cardio weekly. Congrats on giving up the sugary drinks, I find adding circus fruit to tea might help with the adjustment.

Feel free to add me. My dairy is always open for anyone to view. Juicing is great for breakfast if looking to replace coffee for the morning caffeine boost. I like to share what works for me and test out new things to see how my body reacts

Keep up with what your doing its working so far. I would suggest if your not already doing so some strength training but quick pace workouts to increase the burn. Of course more vegetables and fruit to stay full longer if feeling hungry.
-
Feel free to add me. I can relate with most family being obese and am trying my best currently to motivate them one by one for a better change. Just always remember any progress is better than no progress

I would recommend starting off with couple times a week performing cardio such as light running. Eat lean proteins along with vegetables. If your sugar is from fruit only I wouldn't worry much about it. During my weight loss I mostly ate fruit throughout the day but at the same time everyone body reacts differently.…

Feel free to add me. I lost about 50lbs in the past year or so. I watch I eat most of the time but do test out experiments to see how my body reacts. I'll be glad to provide support. Just always keep in mind weight loss can be slow journey but has huge benefits when accomplish.

I would suggest changing up your exercise routine to give your body a shock. If you have been doing slow pace but long period of time cardio switch to quick speed less time. I find if I do something for too long, just like anything else the body will adapt to it
-
So if your already doing squats and lunges which will help to build muscle along with toning your legs. Push up will tone your triceps but also chest muscle. You can do dips on the edge of a sofa, chair etc which will help to develop triceps also. Jumping jacks is a form of a warm-up/cardio if perform during circuit…
-
I find best for toning is to keep reps high between 10-15 reps or you can do drop sets along with circuit training. Example will be leg curl weight 120lbs reps 2, 100lbs reps 4-5, 80lbs reps 8-10 than rest for 30-60 sec.
-
I would suggest switching up your cardio to more of an intervals style to shock the body. That what help me by performing sprints on treadmill or outside than I will switch it up with performing intervals on the stairmaster.

Feel free to add me. To me the key to any weight loss is having short goals and long goals for long term success. With each small goal completed it keeps you motivated to push to achieve more. Just remember motivation is what gets you started, but strong habits is what keeps you going
