Yeah, I have researched it quite a bit. I was just wondering about other people's experiences. I take biotin (which I think is what you are referring to), but it really only helps if you have a deficiency. I'm just doing what i can and hoping for the best! Lol

How may calories do you all get in per day? I have read between 800-900 is a good range to stay at. Just wondering what you all do.

Thanks for your response! My hair is falling out more and more. Ugghhhhh I hope it stops soon. I have been getting enough protein, and I take my vitamins. :(

I gpt Yes! I got some vitamin zero waters. Zero cals and added vitamins. Helps with the wanting something other than water! :)

I went from a size 24 to in between a 16/18 so far. Down 60 lbs. Can't wait to lose more! I have sold my fat clothes on swap sites and buy used for now. The first couple of months were not so hard for me. It helped that I was forced not to eat certain things. I'm 5'4! I started at 280 (size 24). I'm 227 right now (size 18). When I was 183 I was in a 15/17 jean size. I want to get down to 170 then figure out what is realistic for me from there. I had the gastric sleeve done on Oct 30th. Started at 280lbs and as of today I am 227. So, down 53lbs. Best decision ever. Just follow the diet they give you pre-op (that's the hardest part) then it's smooth sailing from there. It's a learning process but so worth it.
