What about Jilian Micheael's Body Revolution? It is a 90 day programme and there are two different wo's which change every two weeks plus a cardio dvd that changes too so you don't really get time to get bored and your body is constantly being challenged as the work outs get increasingly more difficult.

lol...Now I get why I had such a sore backside all last week!! I had been doing a lot of gardening, squatting and digging etc as well and put it down to that but now since I read this post and others, I realize I have Jillian to thank for that. I did wo10 for the third time yesterday and the sore bummy thing didn't happen…

okay...officially done with this wo and I have to say it was almost enjoyable today (still with the modified planks)!! I am not sorry to wave it goodbye but I did have a sneak peek at wo 9 and cardio 3 and whoahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh...maybe phase 2 is walk in the park!!! :-)

I did it for the 3rd time this morning and I am amazed at how I have improved. First time round I thought that I would never be able to do it and now I feel I am coping fine! Albeit, with a few modifications on the planks. I do a few as she instructs and then do the modifications for the rest of the exercise.

My thoughts exactly!!!!

Did this workout yesterday for the first time. Phew...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...groan! Awwwwwwwwwwwww in the shoulders. Found it hard to shake the salt onto the dinner when I was cooking later. It felt like a dead weight. Ha ha...not funny at all this workout! The warrior move is no joke: Be warned! I got a serious leg shake going…

So glad to be reading all these posts about WO5 because I so wholeheartedly agree with all of them. I was wondering if I would have to repeat it a few extra times to get better at it The first time I did it almost made me cry and then yesterday, second time round it was only slightly better. Among other moves, the punches…

Fabulous. Well done for sticking to the programme. It has defo paid off. Congratulations!

I would also think some kind of cardio would be a better idea than doing 2 workouts but I am no expert. I have recently started JMBR but during the shred I would bump up my cal burn with 20 min on the stairstep machine after my workout. :-)

Thanks for the advice re cable. I bought one today just like the one in the link you included in your post but by luck of the draw got the weak resistance cable as stupidly didn't even think to ask about strength. After seeing your post and and trying it out I am thinking that maybe it is too easy. I am going to take it…

Hi Everyone! I have just finished the 30 Day Shred and have had great results measurement wise with that. I love JM's style and have finally found a workout that is not too dancey so I can follow and keep up. I am going to start BR on Monday, 4 March 2013 and am really excited about this new journey. I am 1.65cm and weight…

Could anyone tell me what kind of resistance cable the dvd comes with as I have the dvd but without the cable? Thanks

he he Yeah... It seems to me my husband just has to think about slimming down and the weight starts dropping off!!!

Needed this after a bad date with my scale this morning. Thanks for your wisdom.

Day 1 Level 3 done. I didn't find it nearly as big a jump from L2 to L3 as from L1 to L2. I did some moves modified but kept up without too much struggle. Can feel it in my abs a little. Looking fwd to tomorrow.

PrincessGlitt: You are absolutely justified in having a rant on this one. Not only did YOU create the group that has helped me to get some curves to start emerging out of the blubber, YOU have done a fabulous job and been an inspiration to me thru the first two levels with your posts and encouragement. Congratulations on…

Fantastic...you are an inspiration to us all.

L2 D4 today: The plank twists at the end are killing me. Please someone tell me by day 6 or 7 it will be get a bit easier :-)

I don't have an HRM but that doesn't sound good! I did D1 L2 yesterday and felt like I was going to die. I sweated so much more than on L1. Do you feel like you are working harder and yet the calories burned are less?

omg the title for this post is so apt! wooooooooooooooowww. . . I am so hot and sweaty and my hands are all shaky. JM you have just kicked me in the butt after I was feeling so smug on the last few days of level 1. Keep it up ladies. Level 2 must do some serious work. I don't even want to think about level 3.
