You could use quinoa in place of breadcrumbs for your meatloaf...I make a turkey and quinoa meatloaf that is delicious. I love my Reebok ZigTechs...LOVE LOVE LOVE them, lol. They are the best pair of workout shoes I have owned. I use them for walking, running, zumba, weights, everything. They are a great pair of cross-trainers. Good support, good fit, all around great shoe (for me) :smile:

IMO Myfitnesspal sets the calories WAY to low!! I was supposed to be on 1200 a day and was not seeing any weight loss, when I customized my own I set it to 1600 and the weight has started dropping off. I think you should up your calories (even to 1400) for a couple weeks and just see what that does for you. It will help…

I use the Polar FT4 and love it! It works for me because my main concern is getting an accurate calorie burn. I use it 5-6 times a week. :)

You have to get Shakeology through Beachbody.com. I have been using it for several months and really enjoy it. I like the taste and it keeps me full.
