I make these all the time and mine never taste like spinach especially if i use a banana. I do not add the milk or yogurt. I JUST started the 30 day shred last night. It is TOUGH!! But i made it through. I am a bit sore today but being sore never felt so good. I am so excited and i really really hope and pray that i can stick with it!! Feel free to add me, we can motivate each other! :)

Update: So i popped in my yoga dvd last night, rolled out my yoga mat super stoked to get started....... womp womp. FAIL. I definitely think i need to go to an actual class OR purchase a new DVD. The one i have just went straight into it and it was kinda hard for me keep up. SO that being said, i will look into other DVD'S…
