Doubling up one day to equal 2 days...??
Ok... so i am trying to finish the 30DS by the 27th of march (i leave for my brother's wedding on the 28th.) Today is day 8 for me, which means i will not finish in time. SO my question is this... if i did a 30DS workout in the morning and then again that evening could i count that as 2 days? Am i making sense....?
