Ok fitness friends. Need help. During a few runs last week i started getting this pain/stretched muscle feel in my left ankle just above my Achilles tendon. On tonights run it was way worse i forced myself to finish my run and made it home but now im in some serious pain, i can barely bend my ankle. What is this?? I have never experienced it. And what do i do?? I have a 5k mud run this saturday and so i need it to get better REAL fast!

    If you are hurt, don't run a 5k and make it worse.

    you can ice your heel, compression wrap it, or voodoo floss it.
