So I am back on my “working out, and eating better” track… let’s see how long it last this time. Last time I think I stuck to it for 3 whole weeks! Yay Me! …. No? Every time I stop I seem to gain even more weight than my last starting weight. How do I break this cycle? I usually wait until I feel some sort of big motivation, one day I will wake up and say, THIS IS THE DAY! This is it, I’m changing my bad habits. Not today. Last night as I sat on my couch watching trash t.v. eating almost a whole bag of potato chips AFTER having already eaten dinner, I felt completely disgusted with myself. I went to bed really disgusted and woke up feeling disgusted. I have to make changes. I have to stick with it this time. The question is how?

I'm in the same situation. Everytime I want to eat everything insight I just ask myself "is it worth it?" Because I know how disgusted I will feel later. Good luck ????0

I have the exact same problem! I tend to like planning my diets, but I end up breaking them by binge eating. Usually carbs or ice cream.
Today is the day that changes everything. I found two websites that I'm hoping will help me out.
1) http://www.care2.com/greenliving/diet-exercise-motivation-tips.html?page=1 There are a few great motivational tips for keeping with a diet. I have a friend's dress that she gave me which is perfect for clubbing but about 3 sizes too small, so they're the motivation that hangs on my door.
2) http://www.bmivisualizer.com/ I put my current weight in (it's a more shocking reality than the mirror), and every 10 lbs I'd lose until my goal weight. I then printed the results out and taped them on my closet door. It looks like really great motivation, and I'm hoping it still does after a few weeks.0
