My cousin was running this, thank God she was already through the finish line and no where near the finish line when the explosions started. I am in shock over this. Really sad, terrible news! :(

You look fantastic! Definitely tell a difference and 20lbs since January is pretty freaking awesome! That is roughly 5 lbs a month which is a good healthy loss. Keep up the good work you will reach your ultimate goal in no time!

I am on level 2 of the 30DS and yes, it is tough but if you think you are getting good results now just wait til level 2! It's intense but i am seeing a huge difference in my body, my waist is really shrinking and my legs are looking great! I have a some serious cellulite on those babies, and it really starting to tone up…

Tonight i will be doing day 3 of level 2. Getting better and better each workout. Keep it up ladies. Level 2 is definitely harder than level 1 but that's how are bodies are going to change! We can do this!!

Give it a little longer. There are SO MANY success stories from the 30DS so it MUST work! I have not taken my measurements since starting but i am definitely noticing a slight difference already. Keep it up. DON'T QUIT! Remember, if you keep pushing and putting in the work, the results WILL follow. :flowerforyou:

I will start level 2 tomorrow. Today will be day 10 on level 1 for me. I'm excited to start level 2!
