I need to do some major grocery shopping this weekend. Any suggestions on some good healthy foods. I feel like i buy the same few things over and over again...

hard to suggest without knowing what you "normally" eat..
i mean for some people pesto is a HUGE change!0 -

bacon (center cut is the best)

Snow peas in the pod

portabello mushroom caps for stuffing or for marinating and cooking like a burger

nutritional yeast (for making things cheesy without cheese)

agave nectar for baking and sweetening coffee and tea also try stevia in the raw.

Whatever works works! We are creatures of habit. I've been switching things up recently but I've found sticking to my same foods makes routine much better and I really only tailor my meals depending on if I need to add more nutrients0
