I use 5lbs for everything EXCEPT the anterior raises and side lunges... those things are my biggest challenge.

What weights did you use? I have to do some moves with 3lb dumbbells and some I use 5lbs dumbbells.

I just finished day 6 of level one. Today will be day 7 L1 and today i am feeling sore, but it is a good sore. I will push through and complete day 7 L1 and soon be on my way to LEVEL 2! Definitely arm raises with side lunge. I have to use my 3lb weights for this one. And push ups! I suck at push ups. Today will be day 6 for me and i am still only about to do the modified version of push ups. :ohwell:

Yes! I love it is broken down into 3 workouts, it makes it so much easier focusing on the one then your on 2 and before you know it, your on 3 and feeling like you just conquered the world! :)

Vodka/Soda is my go to! I started with vodka/tonic but tonic has calories, soda water does not. Add fresh lime and your good to go!

I started drinking a delicious hot tea. Look for it in your local grocery. For $3.59 a box 'Bigelow Lemon Ginger herb plus Probiotics' It is delicious and i drink hot tea daily and this has certainly helped me stay... um, regular.

THIS! I just splurged on Wendy's today and after logging it i couldn't believe it. Nearly 1100 calories for the whole meal, chicken sandwich, fries and diet coke. Now Bueno :( I will definitely be having a can of progresso soup for dinner! That is all i have room for to stay under my goal of 1200 cal a day!
