How is everyone doing?

Hey ladies! I started the 30DS 3 days before march 1st so yesterday would have been day 6 for me. BUT i decided to take a rest day. I did five days in a row and yesterday my body was sore and tired. Today will be day 6 and i am definitely feeling my body getting stronger AND noticed, what i believe to be a little bit of muscle definition in my biceps!!!!!! I'm SO pumped about doing day 6 tonight after work. I hope you are all enjoying this as much as i am. Yes, it is tough, but it TWENTY MINUTES, we can all do 20 minutes of workout. And when you get done, don't you feel so good?! Don't quit. We still got this!

    I am on day 8 today and feel great!! I love that it is only 20 minutes because before you know it you are on the last workout.Have a good day!
  • Yes! I love it is broken down into 3 workouts, it makes it so much easier focusing on the one then your on 2 and before you know it, your on 3 and feeling like you just conquered the world! :)

    I started at the end of February, so I jumped up to level 2, day 1. Feels great!! I really think I like planks!! Especially plank jacks!
