hahahhaahaha I always peak at the person next to me and see what they are doing. I'll admit I'm a little noisy. It's the gym lady, we are all there to workout. Maybe you should just push yourself harder, smile at the person and PICK UP YOUR SPEED! :)

I'm no Doc but I know it's not good to go without eating. Same as if you don't water a plant..what happens to that plant. Maybe try a protein shake with some fruit or something. Just to make sure you get some sort of nutrition. Slowly sip on that. Better then nothing.

I don't think it was rude at all. I've done that before. I've just ordered a beverage and visited with people while they ate. I think she made a bigger stink of the situation then needed.

I like to go for long runs, or take do a boot camp class. I can let all that anger out and get a good workout. Plus then I'm tired so I sleep good. Hope stuff starts turning around for you and your family.

AWESOME!!! Congrats. How many tri's do you do each year? I'm new to the sport. Just did my fist "long" sprint this summer and I loved it! Next summer I'd like to do at least 2 tri's.

I do triathlons and I wear my sports bra under my swimsuit. It's comfy and supportive. Many people do this.

Yes muscle does weigh more then fat. A pound is a pound, but if you took a cup of fat and a cup of muscles...the cup of muscle would weigh more. But I think most of us already know this. I sell...well sold HerbaLife products about a year ago. I don't use the products anymore because it is like any other fad diet if you are using it as a weight loss tool. My boobs! They are and have always been big. Don't get me wrong. I love having curves and boobs, but it makes it hard to find clothes that fit right. I wouldn't complain if they shrunk a cup size :)

Sounds like a fun and entertaining workout. I too enjoy mixing a few different things in my workout to keep it fun. Just remember that your body NEEDS to rest to repair and build muscles. So don't over do yourself. :)

I would try and challenge myself in a different way. I wouldn't look at it as maintaining a weight. You know you can do that, now it's time for something new, fun, and different! I always say that as long as I'm not ridiculously out of range with calories I'm OK. But must remember that the counters are just estimates of what calories we are consuming and burning.
