  • Nope. I'd just keep track of it on my phone in a notes page or something. There are plenty of sites to get nutritional information from . It's just convenient to have it on here, but not impossible to do it some place else. I wouldn't pay. For the additional support, once again plenty of other sites for that.
  • lol love it :)
  • Don't waste your money! It's a fraud. It's water weight that will return right away, a day or two. And it is common that it won't even work for some. You are better off cutting sodium and drinking tons of water to flush your system.
  • I'd ask your doctor. I am a personal trainer and have certification for Pre- and Post- Natal Exercise training. And I won't even give advise to anyone without information from their doctors first. Remember is all about that baby...you lost the weight once you can do it again if it's just a few extra baby lbs. Congrats on…
  • 1 c. Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk 1 c. Frozen mixed berries 1 scoop vanilla protein All blended up. Frozen yummy goodness I get to enjoy each morning at 5 am on my drive to work. Some days I change up the flavoring with different fruits.
  • ew..hhhaahah I'm guessing it's just from something you ate. Maybe had a weird dye in it and that the end result??? No clue. I won't worry unless it's bloody. And like they said ^^^^ don't eat it :)
  • This is a common thing at the gym. I have a larger chest and my nips are always showing it seems. One reason people nip while working out is because of the increase of endorphes released in the body. It's a natural turn-on...and hello...my boobs turn-on. And then when I get sweaty and walk by a fan...burrrrr...yup hello…
  • I am a certified personal trainer. You can do planks from either position. All depends on what type of plank you are doing. You can even do planks on your knees. You can do side planks, twists, oblique planks, low planks...depending on what type of plank you do, your level of fitness, and what muscles you are targeting is…
  • That's awesome! Good work!
  • Cup size hasn't changed :( BUT I did go from a 38DD to a 36DD. I hope they shrink a cup or two as I continue to tone up.
  • Yup I'd let him cry about it all he wants...then I'd let him go get the food he wants too. Or at least tell him to act like a real man and join you grocery shopping. Then you both could pick out food for the week. I have a feeling he's just insecure. He might be getting worried that as you start droping that weight you'll…
  • This is what my trainer told me, and I now tell my clients. 1 gram of protein per lb you weigh.
  • So happy you posted this! Like many other women on here I wasn't really sure what type I fit into. Now I know...triangle for sure! I've lost a few pounds. Still no hips (but I have a bubble butt), waist got flatter and my shoulders stayed about the same. I'm a little bummed my boobs and butt didn't change...boyfriend is…
  • I agree. Each household is different. I love to cook, so does my boyfriend, so it depends on the night and our schedules. One of my favorite things to do is cook for him though. Seeing both of us are trainers (second jobs for each of us because we love it) nights can get late. We usually eat together but there are nights…
  • You look great! Good for you chica!!!!
  • So sorry to hear that you are going through all this. You have done a major lifestyle change by moving. This is probably what has triggered your symptoms to be so much stronger. It takes time to adjust to being home alone...no matter how old you are :) I have lived in many situations sense moving out of my parents home…
  • 1100 cals for over a year?! No wondering you were not droping any of that fat! You were starving yourself!!!!! Your body was holding onto any fat/calories (whatever you want to call it make yourself feel better) because it knew it was not going to get enough to sustain what a "healthy" body needs to function! Yes…
  • Januay 19th!!!! Almost my birthday! Made hotel and restaurant reservations for the weekend! whoot whoot!
  • I've used it before. It's not bad. Mixes well in the blender with other things. I didn't use it as a "diet" thing...just as a post workout protein shake. Overall wasn't bad. Check out bodybuilding.com They have a lot a protein supplements. I now use their Gold Standard Whey protein. The jug is HUGE and it's yummy. Well…
  • I agree ^^^ Sad that it's true. But I'm not going to stop wearing my Live Strong stuff. Because I still believe in what that means. I'm disappointed in the fact that Lance was not clean and living a healthy strong lifestyle. But what the corporation stands for and tries to promote is something I believe in. They need to…
  • Yup! ^^^^ That's life. Always some sort of temptation around. Don't eat whatever it is. If you are the only one that eats them and she bought them anyways to tempt you. Open it up infront of her, and dump it in the trash. Let he know that it was a waste of her money and you are serious about sticking to your goals. But if…
  • YUP! It's all water weight and not actually "fat". It might help shrink that area for a day, but it will be back to normal in a day or two. Not a bad thing to try if you have an event...do it the day/night before. Or that morning. I wouldn't do it any earlier because those results will disappear as quick as they came.
  • Protein helps with muscle recovery BIG TIME! The best time to get your protein is within 45mins of working out. I have a protein shake because this absorbs into my body fast then say have chicken. By the time the chicken is digested and broken down into my body it is to late for the muscle benefits. I'd recommend talking…
  • If you try it and don't change your diet...don't go far from a bathroom.
  • Yup :) Because muscle weighs more then fat. My guess with that would be you lost 2 1/2 lbs of fat (YAY!) and gained some muscle (BIGGER YAY!). That's awesome and really a great thing. The more muscle you gain the faster and easier it is for your body to burn that fat away. Keep up the good work!
  • I did my first sprint tri last summer and did not use a plan. I'm doing it again next summer along with couple other tri's. I just mixed up my workouts everyday. One night a week I would swim 2 miles. Then I'd throw in a couple nights of step aerobics, spinning classes and strength classes. I'd always run from my condo…
  • Yay!!! more ladies that enjoy a nice drink! I usually just do vodka, water with lemon (tastes just like lemon water). My boyfriends sister just introduced me to MIO. Which is good with the vodka + waters. But that's for more ideas. YUM! Now I'm even more excited about happy hour tonight with my ladies!
  • I was thinking the same thing. hahahaha I'd like to see him try and smack any female around me. Someone would be getting a beat down....and it wouldn't be this women :)
  • I 'd go off what the web says. Better to count a couple calories that could possibly be there then to miss them.
