  • Actually I am with you! Especially in the evenings when I get the snack attack cravings, if I go for a run, it seems to make me NOT want to eat. If I run in the morning however, I am starving about an hour after my run!

  • On the flipside, I don't gain weight easily either. When I was 110lbs I could eat anything and not gain a pound. My body seems to want to stick at that weight wether I eat 1000 calories or 3000 calories....
  • 5,1 starting weight 110 lbs, current just under 109, goal 104.. Body fat not known. My clothes do fit better. Would like the leg and butt area to slim down a bit more for bikini season! Target calorie goal is around 1500 including exercise calories which I usually eat most back. Thank you!
  • Thank you Amy! I do boot camp /weights 3x a week so I think I'll drop the running just on those days. 3x weights 3x running. Does that sound good?
  • I was just taking about this today!! I was able to give up burgers and mayonnaise which I used to love. But sweet stuff is a whole other story!! I have chocolate or a cupcake or ice cream every day. So hard to give up!!

  • The last week I haven't been logging properly last week of kids in school so I had to log whatever I remembered in the evenings. If you look a couple of weeks back there should be quite few days in the red lol!

  • Good point. I have noticed that if I lose too much weight then I lose the boobs too. I guess I just have to find a happy medium!!

  • I am eating between 1400-1700 at the moment so not sure I could go much lower. I will try upping the protein some more, thanks!

  • Already lifting every other day, I do a mix of NROL , Stronglifts and bootcamp. I think my eating might be the missing link, I eat well and mostly healthy but not completely clean. Wow 17.5% that's a great BF percentage!!! I hope I can get to that one day!!

  • Great thread!! I love their ready made grilled chicken, so easy to have for lunch! Also their apricot salsa sauce also goes very well cooked with chicken, and it's only 25 calories per tbsp. Also love their rice pudding and tapioca pudding. Oh and one last thing they sell weetabix cereal there (British cereal) for 2.99$!!…

  • Total greek yogurt fat 0% + one pink lady apple with cinammon and a small handful of granola sprinkled is very filling and under 150 calories! It's delicious too. I actually struggle to finish it sometimes!
  • Mine are tall and my brother is 6,4! I am 5.2 at a stretch. I take after my grandma!
  • Me! I try and eat well (lean meat and fruit every day) but also have things like ice cream bagels, cakes and cookies daily!

  • Yeah but I don't need to lose any more weight nor am I running a marathon. So just wondering for general health purposes if 3-4 times a week strength training was enough.
  • The HRM sounds about right. The machines wayyyy over estimate! I barely even burn more than 400 per hour and that's with a high intensity work out,
  • Fage 0% greek yogurt + Pink lady apple + cinnamon +granola = heaven! Very filling and satisfies my sweet tooth.
