I was trying to measure up 8 inches from my knee and 8 inches down from my knee but hitting the same spot still is a challenge i suppose i could measure from my toes all the way up to make sure i am hitting the same spot

Your welcome I think its helpful to come and get different opinions - One thing learned is everyone is different so always good to get different opinions and try different things just to see what works - You never know you might find you need to eat back every last drop of your work out calories

I think drinking your extra calories would be an excellent idea this way you don't feel like your eating them Milk is wonderful

You don't necessarily have to eat more just eat higher calorie stuff - Instead of having dannon light have the full caloried version same with oatmeal eat the full kind not the light kind - if your still under your calorie goal just add a spoon full of peanut butter here or there it will bring u up closer to 1200

I agree a little pack of nuts or some other item that won't get gross in a hot car is a great way to have a snack when your caught off gaurd If you absolutely have to stop at a gas station most of them have little 100 calorie snacks available.

I have not drank milk since starting because before i could easily drink 1/2 a gallon a day I have decided I do not like my fave pizza place anymore besides being high calorie when I had it last it made me sick eating it Other then that I still eat everything just in moderation

Ok today I am doing Just a cardio day I read that you should do 2 days of shred, 1 day cardio, 2 days of shred and 1 day cardio then have a rest day I will probally do it 2 days shred, 1 day cardio, 3 days shred then 1 day rest This way I am getting 5 days a week done and it will take me only 6 weeks.

I did a table pushup using my desk since I can't either I also modified jumping jack to basically running in place with arms like normal only because I can't do jumping jack either I figure mOdified better then none I was just feeling it in my arms but now in my legs agghhh
