You can add me look at my diary, it is open, whatever you like. I eat between 75-120 protein a day and stay close to the other macros, more home made less processed is working better for me down 5 lbs in 2 weeks. :bigsmile:

Very accurately logging, although I am not perfect. I try to write it before I bite it. I use a digital food scale to weigh and measure everything down to the tenth of an ounce or to the gram, I generally don't use condiments if I use it I log it and use cooking spray ocassionally for a brief spray that I don't usually log…

Don't under estimate your abilities.....You CAN do it!!:bigsmile: I was jogging 1 mile and the trainer told me to jog 2 miles and I did it. Then a week later he told me to jog 3 mile....and i did it.

Well maybe I should have said LOWER. I think that I am leaning this way becausee I just feel better when the carbs are lower. The vanilla chai is the best of the Vega One......it is pea protein, I tried Sun Warrior chocolate also, good .... however not as good as Vega One. Whole Foods sells them in individual packets so you can try them with out having to spend $50+ and find out you don't like it!

It shouldn't because your body is not fighting against medicine. If you exercise regularly and are cardio fit it might just be harder to get into you zone. I am not the expert though....

Excellent information. People struggle with this and are not aware. It presents a great challange for weight loss physically as well as mentally, especially if you are doing all the right things, you wonder why isn't this working?

2 hours before I am going to bed...it take about that long for the body to fully digestthe last thing you ate. This allows you to get a better night sleep because you bodys energy is not focused on digestion it is ready to focus on sleeping. :happy:
