Try adding citrus to your water maybe? Or iced tea? An occasional diet soda doesn't really hurt it mostly has sodium and thats about it

Eat before you go shopping, especially for groceries. Carry a water bottle at all times. Keep protein bars in your purse, car or diaper bag. I avoid the fast food because our local grocery store HEB carries excellent premade salads & sandwiches, much cheaper & fresher than the fast food places who sometimes make salads 4…

I got the "Wow, did you lose weight?" to which I replied "Yeah, I did" the response "Good, I didn't want to say anything cuz I thought you might be pregnant but wasn't sure" WTF mind your business!!! I was shocked into silence. :(

Plan your meals and eat before you go shopping! Keep up the positive attitude & don't give up. You have to tell yourself you don't need that fast food. I found planning my meals even weekly to start really helps.
