It is my opinion , you should be eating about 1000 to 1200 PLUS about half your exercise calories. You may gain a little at first but it should fall right back off. I would say that is too low......but that is JUST an opinion. I did see results when stuck, by raising calorie intake....your results may vary however :)

I try to equate what the equivalent would be. So similar to raking the lawn for an hour, aerobics for a half hour or whatever. A lot of time i don't count that type of stuff, unless I need the extra calories to justify ICE CREAM or something! LOL Just remember it is better to shoot low on calories burned.

At least that! depending on age your BMR is around 15 to 1700! Trust me i plateaued and RAISED my calories and have been loosing steady again! MINIMUM 1200 buy you really need to go higher!!!!!!
