Wendy's grilled chicken sandwich is 370 calories and very filling. I also like Chick-fil-a's grilled nuggets at 140 for an 8 count and 210 for a 12. They are my two go-to's when I'm out and about and don't have the option to bring something from home.

Yes. I only take two but one is fish oil and that's 20 calories a serving.The other it vitamin D so I like to log that just to keep track of it since my levels are low.

I'm 5'4, 168 lbs and I wear a size 10 but can still fit into size 8 in some brands. When I was 130lbs, I was a solid 8. It all depends on how you're built.

I kept mine and I'm glad I did because the 25 lbs I lost last year I ended up gaining back while going through chemo. I've started to lose that weight now and I plan on holding on to them again just in case. It is mostly pants that I hold onto with a few favorite shirts.

I used to take them for lunch all the time but got sick of them real quick. The diet ones are really bland and the regular ones are too heavy and make me tired. If I don't have leftovers from the night before, I either take a can of soup, make a sandwich or make a salad.

I use fat free half and half. It is about 10 per serving. I use this because regular cream bloats me. This is a great alternative to regular creamer.

Try Thomas' bagel thins. They are only 110 calories each. I eat one every work day with some Laughing Cow Cream Cheese. Together, you're looking at 175 calories total. I'm a big bagel person and though nothing can replace a true blue bagel, these aren't half bad.

I have picky eaters at home so I have a to cook for them more so than myself so I eat light all day (which has helped me not feel luggish at work) and leave anywhere between 800 - 1000. I'm goal per day is 1520 per day and I use my lunch hour to walk when I can.

I quit smoking over a year ago and gain weight almost instantly. Your entire body is going through a huge change. It takes time to level out, chemically and adapt to life without cigarettes. Hang in there, this is just an adjustment period.

Just don't let yourself go and eat everything in sight like I did lol. I gained 60 lbs and it took about a year to lose, but I wasn't really trying. My body isn't what it was when I was 22 and childless, but at 30 I think I look good....it gave me curves that I had lacked before. I look like a woman, not a young girl.
